PROCESSING
All orders are processed & shipped off within 24-48 hours and comes with a tracking number. For our shipping times, see below.

SHIPPING TIMES DUE TO RESTRICTIONS 
USA: 2 to 9 business days
CANADA: 2 to 8 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 14 – 28 business days

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We accept refunds and exchanges up to 30 days after receiving your package. As for the exchanges, we are not responsible for the shipping costs back to us. We will work immediately on your return for an exchange or a return for a refund once we've received the package. Please send us an email at support@ferialrose.com and we will help you out there.

PLEASE NOTE:  
We are not responsible for any custom fees or import tax that may incur. We will take responsibility if any items are damaged during delivery and we will reship the item out asap! Our products are really strong and durable, 1 out of 200 of our products could be defective. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. To avoid any loss or incorrect delivery, please make sure to enter the correct shipping address when you place your order.
